If you become a client, the signed agreement controls the bookkeeping engagement, including scope, fees, deadlines, cancellation, refunds, and responsibilities. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Educational information, not professional advice

Website content is general information, not accounting, tax, legal, investment, audit, or assurance advice. Bookkeepology is not a CPA firm. Ask your CPA, enrolled agent, attorney, or other qualified professional to advise on your circumstances.

No client relationship from website use

Using the website, downloading the checklist, subscribing to email, or booking a call does not create a client relationship. Work begins only after the parties sign a written service agreement and satisfy its stated start conditions.

No guaranteed financial outcome

Descriptions, examples, and illustrative visuals explain the process; they do not promise savings, tax results, profitability, financial outcomes, or a fixed close date. Actual scope and timing depend on the written agreement, complete records, timely answers, and third-party availability.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the site and free resources for your own business and internal planning. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or reproduce or resell Bookkeepology’s original branding or materials without permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-party services

Links may take you to services operated by others, including Calendly and Kit. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. Bookkeepology does not control their availability or practices.
