Refund Policy

The public website currently sells no paid downloads, subscriptions, or services through an online checkout. The introductory books review and month-end checklist are free, so no refund is due for those items.

Bookkeeping engagements

Paid bookkeeping services begin only under a signed service agreement. Before you authorize payment, that agreement or invoice must state the applicable plan, included scope, billing frequency, onboarding or cleanup charges, cancellation method, and the refund treatment for fees paid in advance. The signed agreement controls those terms and applicable law controls where it provides additional rights. This website policy does not promise an automatic refund or override the signed agreement.

Request help

For a billing question or a refund request under your signed agreement, email bookkeepologyhq@gmail.com with your name, invoice number if available, and the request. Do not send full payment-card or bank-account details. We will review the request under the applicable agreement and law.
